The Problem

Are you a Republican, Democrat or neither? What are the issues that are important to you?  This activity will collect your voting preference and the issues that are important to you. All data collected are anonymous. Please give your sincere opinion.
 

Objectives

1. Learn the measure of proportion and its difference from continuous data.

2. Learn how to estimate population.

3. Learn interval estimation of proportion.

4. Learn margin of error when estimating population proportion.

5. Learn how to determine sample size for conducting a survey that involves estimating proportion.

6. Learn how to conduct a hypothesis test when proportion is the interest.
